Chevrolet couldn’t sell cars directly to customers in Brazil due to a third-party dealership system. To simplify the buying experience, the brand created “Add to Garage”, a unified digital platform that integrates the inventory and services of 600 dealerships into a single online marketplace. The idea was launched by hijacking a universal online behavior — the “Add to Cart” button — and turning it into “Add to Garage”.
